Cool down the summer with smoothies

Why do we love smoothies? First of all, they look bright and pretty and taste good. Kids love them! Second, they ease thirst and satisfy hunger at the same time. Third, they are good sources of fiber, which aid the body’s digestive tract. When fruits and vegetables are blended thoroughly in a high powered blender, the internal molecular inside your produce is broken down thus releasing more fiber and more nutrients that you wouldn’t otherwise get. Last but not least, you can always tailor the ingredients to your personal needs. Making smoothies is easy and fun! Next time we will share some recipes of smoothies.
